Ravel, Kartik

Kartik Ravel is a Senior Director in the Digital Transformation practice at Fujitsu and is responsible for developing methods and best practices in digital transformation with a focus on business architecture and benefits realization. Kartik has been with Fujitsu since 2004, holding leadership roles in the areas of enterprise architecture, organizational change management and portfolio management.

With more than 25 years of experience in business and digital transformation, Kartik advises executives on large scale change initiatives as well as leads teams in value management, solution delivery and architecture development across manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, financial and government sectors. He is passionate about strategy execution and the need for more organizations to take an outcome-led, capability-driven approach to enhancing performance.

Kartik holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University as well as completing graduate studies in Organizational Development from Marylhurst University. He was one of Fujitsu’s first TOGAF v8 certified architects and is considered an expert in Fujitsu’s Results Chain modeling technique.
